Expanding Horizons Beyond the Classroom

At Repton Abu Dhabi, our Extra Curricular Activities (ECAs) offer a wide range of clubs designed to cater to the diverse interests and needs of our school community—there is truly something for everyone. ECAs provide students with opportunities for additional learning and experiences beyond the academic curriculum, creating a fun and engaging environment for the after-school community.

Repton’s broad array of activities enriches your child’s personal development, both socially and academically. We actively listen to our students, designing and delivering a personalised programme that meets their needs and enhances their overall school experience.

ECAs at Rose Campus

For our youngest learners, we offer a variety of active ECAs, including Multi Sports, Yoga, and Mini Movers. For those interested in more classroom-based activities, we provide options like Finger Gym, Arts & Crafts, Storytelling, and Construction, all of which extend the learning experience beyond the daily curriculum.

ECAs at Fry Campus

At Fry Campus, students can explore their creative side through clubs like Drama, Sewing, and Art Club, or develop their linguistic skills in Arabic and French. Other enriching activities include Chess for patience and cognitive development, and Journalism, where students can write for the Repton Times.

Sports and Outdoor Education

Our sports and outdoor education programme begins in KS2, offering students local activities that develop key life skills such as leadership, teamwork, self-confidence, grit, and determination. As the school grows to include Senior School students, we plan to expand this programme with international trips, focusing on culture, sport, and music, in partnership with Repton UK and Foremarke.

By engaging in these outdoor adventures, students gain a deeper understanding of their personal strengths, limitations, and their value within a team. These experiences equip them with the life skills needed to thrive in an increasingly competitive world.

Our carefully crafted outdoor education programme considers each student’s abilities, ensures a diligent approach to risk management, and incorporates a variety of activities that offer invaluable learning opportunities.
