At Repton Abu Dhabi, we embrace the individuality of every child and are committed to supporting each student to achieve their potential. We recognize the unique needs of each student and work closely with families and external providers to develop targeted provision to ensure out students thrive. We are proud of our Inclusion Department who work in collaboration with staff and families to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Students may be identified for support during the admissions process, through parental concern, or when teachers notice differences in a child's learning pace, needs, or patterns. If the necessary support systems are unavailable within the school, this is discussed with parents at the admissions stage to ensure transparency and collaboration.
The Learning Support Department works closely with Class and Specialist Teachers to ensure that every child thrives, enjoys a positive learning experience, and reaches their full potential.
Nurturing Wellbeing at Repton Abu Dhab
Each Repton Abu Dhabi campus also benefits from a dedicated Counsellor, who provides essential support for students facing emotional, social, or behavioural difficulties. These challenges may arise due to life-changing events, developmental phases, academic struggles, or deeper issues, whether short or long term. Our counsellors are specifically trained to address these needs, offering one-to-one support or working within a wider support team as required.
In addition to direct student support, our Counsellors play a key role in educating children about their Child Protection rights, conducting parent workshops on a range of topics, and facilitating parent support circles to foster a strong, collaborative school community.
